We also provide our team members with professional training program supported by ExxonMobil called “Learning Management System or LMS.” This program allows our staff members to be able to analyze their skills and to be developed in each specific area that they require in order to improve their competencies. Our staffs will have an opportunity to be trained by specialists from ExxonMobil.
In addition, we periodically arrange in-house training in varieties range of knowledge. This allows our members to be continuously developed and being able to get new insights and knowledge.
