In response to the impact of the Covid 19, Sutaiyo is implementing the following Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to cope with the outbreak of the Coronavirus, ensuring that our people are safe and being able to serve our value customers during this difficult time.

SUTAIYO' RESPONSE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Dear Valued Customers and Suppliers,

In response to the impact of the Covid 19, Sutaiyo is implementing the following Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to cope with the outbreak of the Coronavirus, ensuring that our people are safe and being able to serve our value customers during this difficult time.

Our People:

We have implemented working from home for all non-logistics, warehouse, and service operation. For those who currently come to work, we have taken measures to ensure that our workplace is safe and clean, operating with social distancing. We also have complied with all recommendations and guidelines from Ministry of Public Health (Thailand) and have supported all our staff members the Covid 19 insurance in order to ensure that the impacts of Covid 19 are mitigated.

Our Logistics and Warehouse:

Sutaiyo has now extended our warehouse operation to our new facility in Rayong with the area over 11,000 sqm2. This brings us to be able operate in 2 locations: Samutprakarn and Rayong and allows us to be able to continue to serve our valued customers especially in greater Bangkok and Eastern areas. We have also increased our logistics fleets to ensure that our customer’s productions are well served.

Sutaiyo is now supplying in diverse industries including powerplants, petrochemical and refinery, steel, general manufacturing, fleet and construction. For inventory management, we will ensure that customers related to public are prioritized. We will put our best efforts to help them being able to operate during this difficult time.


Our Services:

Our team can offer customers VDO conference if there are the needs of consultation regarding lubrication (free of charge). Currently, we still operate the oil analysis laboratory. Our service team are prepared and ready to serve prioritized to the critical needs.
